Overview
The Colt Mfg Custom Competition in 9mm Luger is a hand-fitted, semi-automatic 1911 assembled by the Colt Custom Shop on the Series 70 platform. It features a stainless steel frame and a blued slide, with a 5" stainless National Match barrel. Capacity is 9+1, overall length is 8.5", and weight is 36.0 oz.
The pistol includes 25 LPI front strap checkering, a fully blended magwell, ambidextrous thumb safety, upswept beavertail grip safety, black/gray scalloped VZ G10 grips, and a fiber optic front sight with a fully adjustable Bomar-style rear sight.
