Overview
The Colt Mfg 1911 Government in .45 ACP is a Government-size 1911-pattern semi-automatic pistol with a 5-inch stainless National Match barrel, 7+1 capacity, and a polished blued finish on the steel frame and slide. At 8.5 inches overall, it follows the traditional Government Model configuration. The Series 70 firing system and rollmarks reflect the original commercial Government Model design.
A spurred hammer, wood grips, staked-on front sight, thumb safety, and beavertail grip safety are included as standard features.
