Overview
The Colt Mfg Defender Compact is a 1911-pattern semi-automatic pistol chambered in .45 ACP. It features a 3" black steel barrel, a lightweight aluminum alloy frame with matte black Cerakote finish, and a blued carbon steel slide. At 24 oz and 6.75" overall, the Defender includes Black Cherry G10 half-checkered grips, an upswept beavertail grip safety, and Novak Night Sight front and low-mount carry rear sights.
