Overview
The Colt Mfg Python Target in .357 Magnum / .38 Special is a 6-round DA/SA revolver with a 6" one-piece full-lug ventilated rib carbon steel barrel and a matte black finish throughout. It has an overall length of 11.5" and weighs 46 oz. The fluted cylinder and longer barrel make this a range-oriented configuration, and the revolver also accepts .38 Special ammunition.
The sighting system pairs a fiber optic front sight with a fully adjustable rear sight. The rear sight features a redesigned profile with added steel beneath it for improved strength, and the recessed target crown protects the muzzle rifling.
