Overview
The Glock 19 Gen 5 is a compact, striker-fired semi-automatic handgun chambered in 9mm Luger, manufactured in Austria. It features a 4.02" Glock Marksman Barrel, an nDLC black slide, a black polymer frame, and measures 7.28" overall at 21.52 oz unloaded. The Gen 5 frame removes finger grooves and ships with interchangeable backstraps for grip sizing.
Ambidextrous controls include a reversible enlarged magazine catch and ambidextrous slide stop lever. The barrel's rifling and crown were updated in the Gen 5 for improved precision. The Safe Action system integrates three passive mechanical safeties.
