Overview
The Ruger Hawkeye Hunter in .308 Winchester is a bolt-action rifle with a 16.6" free-floated, satin blued, threaded barrel on a solid steel receiver. It measures 38.5" overall and weighs 7.7 lbs with a 4-round capacity. The stock is American walnut with a fixed configuration, rounded contours, and wrap-around checkering on the grip and forend.
Integral scope mounts are machined directly into the receiver, eliminating the need for a separate base. The LC6 trigger, fixed blade-type ejector, and a 3-position safety are standard. A thread protector is factory installed on the muzzle.
