Overview
The Sig Sauer MCX Spear LT IR is a semi-automatic 5.56 NATO AR pistol on the MCX platform, featuring an 11.5" barrel and an aluminum receiver. It uses a short-stroke piston gas system and is equipped with a QD slash hider that is suppressor-ready. The folding brace uses a push-button hinge for rapid deployment.
The MCX Spear LT IR incorporates a Gen II Near-Infrared (NIR) reduced IR signature treatment. Fully ambidextrous controls are standard. The platform is interchangeable with MCX LT barrels and handguards.
