Overview
The Sig Sauer 516 G3 Mohawk in 5.56 NATO is a semi-automatic rifle built on an alloy receiver with a black anodized finish. The 16" barrel carries a Ferritic Nitrocarburizing (FNC) finish and is topped with a SIG flash hider compensator. A short-stroke piston system with a 3-position adjustable gas block, free-floating M-LOK handguard, and fully ambidextrous controls — including non-reciprocating rear and side charging handles — define the operating system.
