Overview
The Smith & Wesson Performance Center Model 986 is a DA/SA L-Frame revolver chambered in 9mm Luger. It features a 2.5" stainless steel barrel with a recessed precision crown, a titanium unfluted cylinder, and an all-stainless finish on the frame. The 7-round capacity cylinder is fed using moon clips, which are included. Custom wood grips and a Performance Center-tuned action with an exposed hammer round out the configuration. A red ramp front sight and adjustable rear sight are fitted from the factory.
