Overview
The Smith & Wesson Model 617 in .22 LR is a DA/SA K-Frame revolver featuring a 6" full-lug stainless steel barrel, stainless steel frame, and stainless steel cylinder, all finished in Satin Stainless. It holds 10 rounds of .22 LR and weighs 44 oz. The full-lug barrel adds forward weight to assist in steadying the revolver during deliberate fire.
Sights consist of a Patridge-style front blade and an adjustable rear sight for windage and elevation. The black polymer grip and internal lock round out the specification.
