Overview
The Smith & Wesson M&P Shield EZ in .380 ACP is a single-action, hammer-fired semi-automatic pistol built on a polymer frame with a Black Armornite stainless steel barrel measuring 3.675". At 18.5 oz and 6.7" overall, it is a compact pistol with an 8+1 capacity. The design emphasizes straightforward operation with an easy-to-rack slide and easy-to-load magazine.
The Shield EZ features a grip safety, reversible magazine release, tactile loaded chamber indicator, adjustable 3-dot sights, and a Picatinny rail. Disassembly does not require pulling the trigger.
