Overview
The Smith & Wesson Governor in .45 Colt / .410 Bore is a six-shot double/single-action revolver built on a Scandium alloy Z-Frame with a stainless steel barrel and cylinder. Its 2.75" barrel and 8.5" overall length place it in a mid-size revolver format. The Governor accepts .45 Colt, .45 ACP (via moon clips), and .410 bore 2.5" shotshells—individually or in combination.
The frame carries a matte silver finish, and sights consist of a black ramp front and fixed rear. Unloaded weight is 29.6 oz.
