Overview
The Springfield Armory Prodigy 9mm Luger is a single-action, semi-automatic pistol built on a double-stack 1911 platform. It features a 5" match-grade forged stainless steel bull barrel with an 11-degree crown, an integral compensator, and a forged carbon steel slide and frame finished in Black Cerakote. The 10+1 capacity configuration is designed to meet magazine capacity restrictions.
The Agency Optic System (AOS) uses billet steel optic plates machined specifically for this platform, each integrating a rear sight for consistent sight picture height. A polymer grip module mounts to the forged steel frame, which includes an ambidextrous thumb safety and an integrated Picatinny rail.
