Overview
The Springfield Armory XD-M Elite in 10mm Auto is a full-size, striker-fired semi-automatic handgun featuring a 4.5" hammer-forged steel barrel with a Melonite finish. Built on a black polymer frame, the pistol has a 16+1 capacity, measures 7.6" overall, and weighs 31 oz. The forged steel slide is optics-ready and finished in Melonite for corrosion and wear resistance.
The XD-M Elite is fitted with a META (Match Enhanced Trigger Assembly) flat-face trigger, a captive recoil system, grip safety, fiber optic front sight, and a Tactical Rack U-Dot rear sight. The optics-ready slide allows direct mounting of compatible optics without adapter plates.
