Overview
The Springfield Armory Model 2020 Waypoint in 6.5 Creedmoor is a bolt-action rifle built around a 22" carbon fiber barrel with a Desert Verde Cerakote finish. The stainless steel receiver carries the same Cerakote treatment, and the rifle is topped with a Picatinny optics rail machined to the Remington 700 short-action pattern with 6-48 screws. Overall length is 43.5" and weight is 7 lbs 8 oz.
The hybrid-profile adjustable carbon fiber stock features an adjustable cheek comb and M-Lok attachment points. A TriggerTech adjustable trigger is factory-installed, set between 2.5 and 5 lbs, and the fluted 4140 tool steel bolt has a nitride finish. An SA Radial Brake in matching Cerakote is fitted at the muzzle.
