Overview
The Springfield Armory 1911 Ronin AOS in 9mm Luger is a full-size, single-action semi-automatic pistol with a 5" hammer-forged stainless steel match-grade barrel, forged stainless steel frame in Satin Cerakote, and a forged carbon steel slide in a blued finish. The 9+1 capacity pistol measures 8.6" overall and weighs 41 oz, built around the traditional 1911 format with a barrel bushing and standard recoil spring assembly.
The AOS platform accepts interchangeable plates compatible with popular red dot optics, each plate incorporating a co-witnessed rear sight. Crossed Cannon checkered wood laminate grips and a Gen 2 Speed Trigger round out the specification.
