Overview
The Springfield Armory 1911 Garrison .45 ACP is a single-action, semi-automatic pistol built on a forged steel frame and slide with a salt-blued finish. It features a 5" match-grade forged stainless steel barrel, checkered thin-line wood grips, and a 7+1 capacity. The Garrison follows the traditional full-size 1911 form factor.
Modern additions include low-profile three-dot high-visibility sights, a skeletonized hammer, and an extended beavertail grip safety. Both the frame and slide are forged steel construction finished in blued/salt blued.
