Overview
The Colt Mfg Python in .357 Magnum / .38 Special is a double-action/single-action revolver with a 5" carbon steel ventilated rib barrel and a blued finish throughout, including the frame and cylinder. The 6-round cylinder accepts both .357 Magnum and .38 Special cartridges. At 43.3 oz and 10.5" overall length, this is the longer-barrel Python configuration with walnut grips and an exposed hammer.
Sights consist of an adjustable rear and a user-replaceable front sight, and the barrel features a recessed target crown.
