Overview
The Colt Mfg Python Combat Elite in .357 Magnum / .38 Special is a 6-round DA/SA revolver built on a stainless steel frame with a stainless finish. It features a 3" ventilated rib stainless steel barrel with an unfluted cylinder and an overall length of 8.5". Weighing 42 oz, it accepts both .357 Magnum and .38 Special cartridges.
The redesigned rear sight is reinforced with approximately 30% more steel beneath it compared to previous designs, and the recessed target crown helps protect the muzzle's rifling. A user-interchangeable front night sight and adjustable rear sight round out the sighting system.
