Overview
The Colt Mfg Python in .357 Magnum / .38 Special is a 6-round DA/SA revolver with a 3" one-piece full-lug ventilated rib stainless steel barrel. It has an overall length of 8.5" and weighs 42 oz. Built on a stainless steel frame with a stainless finish and modern stainless steel alloys, it accepts both .357 Magnum and .38 Special cartridges.
The redesigned adjustable rear sight features approximately 30% more steel beneath it for added structural strength. A user-interchangeable front sight, recessed target crown, and walnut grips with the Colt medallion complete the package.
