Overview
The Glock G17 Gen6 is a full-size, sixth-generation semi-automatic pistol chambered in 9mm Luger. It has a 4.49" GLOCK Marksman Barrel, an overall length of 7.95", and weighs 25.1 oz unloaded. The Gen6 frame introduces an RTF6 grip texture combining two surface patterns, a palm swell, extended thumb rest, enlarged beavertail, undercut trigger guard, and a Picatinny-style accessory rail.
The slide features deeper angled serrations and the Optic Ready System for direct optic mounting. A flat-faced Safe Action trigger is standard on this generation.
