Overview
The Smith & Wesson Performance Center Model 460 XVR in .460 S&W Magnum is a double-action/single-action revolver built on an extra-large X-frame platform. The 14" stainless steel barrel uses gain-twist rifling and is paired with an interchangeable compensator system. At 21.5" overall length and 82.5 oz, this is a long-barreled handgun configuration. The frame, barrel, and cylinder are all satin stainless steel, and the grips are black polymer.
A bipod is included. The .460 S&W Magnum cartridge also accepts .454 Casull and .45 Colt ammunition in the same cylinder.
