Overview
The Springfield Armory Echelon 4.0FC in 9mm Luger is a striker-fired semi-automatic pistol with a 4" hammer-forged steel barrel finished in Melonite. It is built on a black polymer frame utilizing a full-size grip module with a compact dust cover. The slide carries a black Melonite finish and features the Variable Interface System (VIS) optic mounting platform. Overall length is 7.25" and capacity is 10+1.
The Echelon's modular design centers on a serialized stainless steel chassis (COG) that can be transferred between grip modules. The VIS system accommodates over 30 optic footprints directly on the slide without adapter plates.
