Overview
The Springfield Armory 1911 Operator in 9mm Luger is a hammer-fired, single-action semi-automatic pistol built on a forged carbon steel frame and slide finished in stainless. It features a 5" stainless steel match grade barrel, 9+1 capacity, and measures 8.6" overall at 41 oz. The AOS (Armory Optic System) rear plate system supports multiple popular optic footprints including RMR, Shield, Delta Point Pro, and Docter.
Additional features include a factory-tuned single-action trigger, G10 grip panels, ambidextrous manual safety, forward cocking serrations, and an integral Picatinny rail. A dovetail front sight is paired with the AOS optic-ready rear.
