Overview
The Springfield Armory 1911 Emissary in 9mm Luger is a full-size, single-action semi-automatic pistol featuring a 5" forged stainless steel match-grade bull barrel, a forged stainless steel frame, and a forged carbon steel slide with a Tri-Top cut. The frame carries a stainless finish while the slide is blued, producing a distinctive two-tone look. Overall length is 8.4" and weight is 44 oz with a 9+1 capacity.
The grip frame features grenade-pattern checkering and is fitted with VZ Thin-Line G10 grips in black. Tritium/luminescent front sight and a Tactical Rack U-Notch rear sight are standard. A solid-body flat-faced trigger is installed.
