Overview
The Springfield Armory 1911 Emissary in 9mm Luger is a full-featured, commander-length semi-automatic pistol with a 4.25" match-grade forged stainless steel bull barrel and 9+1 capacity. The slide, frame, and barrel all wear a uniform Black Cerakote finish over a forged stainless steel frame and forged carbon steel slide.
Additional appointments include a flat-faced single-action trigger, ambidextrous thumb safety, grip safety, VZ Grips Thin-Line G10 panels, a "Tri-Top" slide cut with 40 LPI flat-top serrations, and a Picatinny accessory rail on the frame.
