Overview
The Springfield Armory 1911 DS Prodigy AOS in 9mm Luger is a double-stack, single-action semi-automatic pistol built on the traditional 1911 platform. It features a forged carbon steel frame and slide coated in Black Cerakote, a 5" forged stainless steel match-grade bull barrel, and a polymer grip module designed to accommodate both 17- and 20-round magazines. The AOS slide cut provides direct optic mounting compatibility, and a two-piece full-length guide rod supports the recoil system.
