Overview
The Smith & Wesson Model 500 in .500 S&W Magnum is a double-action/single-action revolver built on the large X-Frame platform. It features a 4" compensated stainless steel barrel, 5-round cylinder, and a satin stainless finish throughout. At 56 oz and 10.5" overall length, the revolver is chambered for one of the most powerful production handgun cartridges available.
The Model 500 includes an internal lock, interchangeable front sights, adjustable rear sight, and a synthetic grip in black.
