Overview
The Springfield Armory 1911 Emissary in .45 ACP is a hammer-fired, Commander-size 1911-pattern pistol with a 4.25" heavy-profile bull barrel, a 7.9" overall length, and a 38 oz weight. The forged steel slide and frame are both finished in black Cerakote. The slide features a Tri-Top cut design with 40 LPI flat-top serrations, and a Picatinny rail is integrated into the dust cover.
The heavy-profile bull barrel is designed to reduce muzzle flip and deliver consistent accuracy. Two 8-round magazines are included.
