Overview
The Springfield Armory 1911 Emissary AOS in .45 ACP is a Commander-size, single-action semi-automatic pistol on a forged carbon steel frame and slide finished in black Cerakote. The 4.25" forged stainless steel heavy-profile bull barrel is paired with a tri-top cut slide and 40 LPI flat-top serrations. Overall length is 7.9" and weight is 34 oz.
The Agency Optic System (AOS) provides optics-ready compatibility with RMR, Shield, Delta Point Pro, and Docter footprints via interchangeable plates, each incorporating an integrated rear sight. VZ Grips thin-line G10 panels and an ambidextrous thumb safety are included.
